Redbeard Mobile RV Repair

How it works

What to expect from a mobile repair

From the first call to a finished repair, here is how it goes.

How does a mobile RV repair visit work?

  1. Tell us what is wrong

Book online, call or text. Photos and video help us diagnose before we arrive and bring the right parts.

  2. We confirm the plan

We confirm the problem, the trip fee, how estimates work and a time window. No surprises.

  3. A technician comes to you

A stocked service truck arrives at your RV park, storage lot, home or roadside spot.

  4. Diagnose, estimate, approve

We find the cause, explain it plainly, give an estimate and wait for your go-ahead.

  5. Repair and test

We make the repair and test it on site before we leave.

  6. Warranty and follow-up

Our work is covered by our workmanship warranty, and you get an invoice and notes on what was done.

What should I have ready?

  • The RV make, model and year (the data plate is usually inside a cabinet or by the door).
  • Where the rig is and how to get in: gate code, space number, park or facility name.
  • Photos or video of the problem.
  • Any warranty or insurance details if a claim might apply.

What if you cannot fix it on-site?

We tell you before we leave. If a repair needs shop equipment or a part that must be ordered, we explain the options and the timeline, and you approve any work and its cost before it starts.

Many repairs finish in one visit when we have the right parts, which is why photos and the RV details matter.
